On the day Coordinator

You've planned your wedding like a boss, but you don't want to have to deal with the stress on the day. Then this is the collection for you.

  • Going over your plans to make sure nothing has been missed!

  • Support with logistics & preparing planning documents to share with suppliers

  • Creating floor plans

  • Liaising with suppliers one month prior

  • One meeting- 4/6 weeks prior

  • On the day co-ordination of your suppliers and be the main contact

  • Full day coordination -includes set up on the day, and coordination until your first dance (up to 10 hours|)

This is ideal if you’ve already made a start with wedding planning, but you’re feeling a bit stuck or need support in certain areas. I’ll go over and review your current plans, and provide support for the next stages. Giving you peace of mind, having an expert by your side and on the day.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed with where to begin with planning and short on time. Why not let me take care of all the logistics and admin. I’ll plan all the details from start to finish. This would include full design and styling, managing budgets, sourcing suppliers, the mother all of admin spreadsheet, overseeing logistics and co-ordination on the day. Whilst you get to enjoy planning, and have an expert support and guide you through the whole process, leaving less stressed, and actually get to enjoy the planning process.

All quotes are bespoke and can be personalised depending on the amount of support you need. Quotes are often 10-15% of the wedding budget.
