How to tell your authentic story through wedding styling

So you want to create a wedding design that screams YOU. You want your wedding styling to bring a vibe that feels authentic and tells your story. You want your guests to arrive on your wedding day, knowing they’ve arrived at YOUR wedding, and it’s going to be a vibe. Well I am so glad you’ve stumbled upon my corner of the internet, I have been creating story led designs for my couples, injecting their personality into their wedding styling. I am so excited this is becoming a priority for wed to be’s. So how do you tell your authentic story through wedding styling? Let me show your the process I go through when you book my Tri Factor styling package

For context my wedding styling package is called the Tri Factor, which full details can be found here . But what do you actually get with the Tri Factor wedding styling package I hear you ask? I’m breaking down the process and the different stages of what it would look like if you book your wedding styling with me.

The process of my wedding styling packages

1 - It all starts with a mood board

My couples sending over their Pinterest boards or inspo pics they’ve saved. This is where I start to understand your style, what colours your drawn to and see how we can translate that into a cohesive wedding styling design.

2 -  Go on a site visit

Before I send you any ideas I have, we go to your venue so we can chat through your ideas in the space. It’s also a great way to meet in real life, and I get to know you and see how I can add that into your wedding design.

3 - I start getting to work

I start thinking about the colours that are going to work for your wedding design, which stationery supplier will bring this design to life. How we can transform the spaces through clever design. You receive 

  • Full moodboard

  • Quotes from florist, stationery and hire companies ( I do all of the leg work)

  • Costings and how we can get the max out of your budget

  • Mock ups so you can see how it will look in the space

4 - Book suppliers

Once we have the vision then it’s time to secure the amazing team who will be part of the visuals for your wedding - so we can continue working on the design and logistics. I do all that for you, so you can focus on other wedding planning elements.

5 - Final meeting

This is when we will discuss all the details in full. I’ll create floor plans and make sure we have everything. I also start ordering final items and update suppliers with final numbers.

6 - Pack Car

A few days before I start packing the car, collecting hire items and making sure all the deliveries of hire items are here. So the lead up to the wedding you don’t have to stress as I take that all off your plate.

7 - Bring it to life

The day has finally arrived, and my favourite part, we start to bring your wedding moodboard to life. After months of ideas, discussing all the details, I get to transform your venue and the best part is seeing my couples reactions

8 - Pack away the next day

Whilst you enjoy the post wedding bubble of the party of a lifetime, I come back and pack all your decor away. Take away any hired items, and return them for you.

And it’s as easy as that, my role as your wedding stylist is to take away some of the wedding admin. Giving you back time to really enjoy the wedding day knowing someone you trust is busy setting everything up for you. I hope that helps break down my wedding styling package of Tri Factor. You’ve planned all the decor, but it’s suddenly dawned on you, who is going to set it all up the morning of the wedding? Perfect if you have lots of detailed decor that needs a detailed eye to set up and not just plonked in the corner. Let me make sure it’s all set up as you’ve envisioned
