I also just wanted clarify wedding planners and wedding coordinators are very different roles, and do often get confused. Some people tend to think their wedding coordinator is their planner and often this is not the case. A planner works for YOU and will help you throughout the planning process from start to finish; sourcing your venue and suppliers, helping with your budget, negotiating, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day. A coordinator works for the venue and they organise the logistics from the venues side for example making sure food is ordered, housekeeping have your guests details, let you know what can be accommodated at the venue.
