Just for you lovely lot I’m about to share my 5 unique and alternative venues which have something to make sure you have a creative space for your epic wedding day!
Arnos Vale, Bristol
This is such a stunning woodland space, surrounded by 45 acres of woodland, perfect for those planning an outdoor wedding. I love this venue because there are 3 unique spaces to choose from to host your ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception.
Capacity: 80 – 140 guests.
Riverstation, Bristol
Located right on the river, ever thought of hiring a restaurant exclusively? Well if you’re a foodie couple this venue is ideal for those who want to have amazing food and not comprise on a stylish space! The food is incredible and your guests can order the food on the day from a reduced menu which is epic (most venues won’t be able to accommodate this).
They only accommodate a few weddings a year so get in there quick!
Capacity: 70 – 140 guests.
Paintworks, Bristol
Looking for a large modern industrial space, then look no further. This is a great space as it’s a blank canvas and you can add your own unique style. I love the outdoor courtyard which is perfect for the summer months, and there’s plenty of cool spots for some epic photos.
Watershed, Bristol
This is a cool space right by the harbour, and a blank canvas to add your own spin. And if you’re a film lover you’re going to love this. You can host your ceremony in a cinema! Yes that’s right a cinema screening room. How many people can say that? It will definitely be a wedding your guests won’t forget!
Capacity: 50 – 90 guests.
Bristol Harbour Hotel & Spa, Bristol
Want to host your wedding in an iconic building, then this is just perfect. This building is a Grade II listed building and was once a bank. So it has plenty of character, but none of the stuffiness, the skylight and arches are just stunning! Plus there’s a spa so ideal for the night before the wedding for some much needed relaxing.
Capacity: 300 – 400 guests.
