So this is where a coordinator is really hand, we can chat about all the little details 4 – 6 weeks before, and have a handover. When the day comes I will know exactly where to set things up, and everything will be set out as you would want it.

On the day there will naturally be lots of little questions what will pop up. From guests needing the post code to the venues, greeting guests when they arrive so they know where the ceremony is or where to go. To suppliers who may have questions on the day. Do you really want the added stress of that on the morning of the wedding. Leave that all to me, to be the point of contact for everyone so you can enjoy your morning preparations.

3 – Deal with the Unexpected
There will be unexpected things that will occur on your wedding day like a band running late because they are stuck in traffic. But with my experience I can handle these situations calmly, efficiently and most of the time discretely without you even knowing.
4 – Get everyone organised
Between guests and suppliers, I will be the point of contact for everyone. I’ll keep track of all the suppliers ensure they know where to set up, and work with them so they have enough time take the photos or set the cake. I will keep an eye on time to ensure the day runs smoothly without feeling rushed.
